Mary Jo – a journalist and editor who also leads guided walks in Paris, France, on the American Revolution history there – conducts guided history walks for groups of 8 or more in Hendersonville.
Stroll with her along Main Street to be charmed by the town's fascinating history, historic architecture and those long-ago shoot-outs, bordellos, and glittering eras.
Or join her along the pathways of Hendersonville's Historic Oakdale Cemetery where the famous "Look Homeward Angel" statue is located. Grave markers can tell interesting stories and whisper secrets...so come along to discover Hendersonville's buried past.
Each tour is 90 (or so) minutes. $10 per person (children under 10 years free with paying adult).
